How can we stand proud when the tide of racism is growing everyday in Australia!

Have we forgotten the original people of this country?
How can we stand by while the government corrals Aboriginal people in camps? Apparently “for their own good”!

How can we stand by while Indian students are bashed in growing numbers and the police continue to deny the racist character of the crimes?

How can we stand by while our politicians imprison refugees and deny entry to those escaping wars Australia participates in?

Today is a good day to stand up and proudly reject racism. Today is a good day to proudly stand up as a world citizen. Reject narrow minded ideas about what divides cultures and nations, and embrace diversity and our common plight.

There is only one world and all of us are in it together!
It's time for anti-racists to stand up and fight back.
