Rally to support Arc Tribe, a unionist threatened with six months for boycotting Rudd's ABCC

Worker faces six months in jail -- solidarity with Ark Tribe
On Tuesday June 16, a rank and file building worker, Ark tribe, faces trial. Ark is charged with not attending a secret interrogation wwith Rudd's Australian Building & Construction Commission (ABCC) about a workplace safety dispute. Ark displayed courage -- wwe need to display solidarity. The Rudd Government has betrayed its promise to abolish the unfair laws imposed on construction wworkers by the Howard Government.
